We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and for this reason we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products (Excluding custom made gates and railings as these will be made specifically for your own requirements).  If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply give us a call and we will arrange to have it returned.

You will liable for any postage costs on returned items and your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Once delivery has been taken for your order, it is your responsibility to maintain and care for the product. It is your responsibility to store the product in a correct and safe manner as to not damage the product. Should you find any fault with the product you must contact us within 24 hours.
