Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all of our items and we strive to have your custom made gates/railings with you as quickly as possible. Please note, we only deliver to mainland UK and there is a £30 surcharge for deliveries to Scotland.

Please note we do not deliver to;

• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Man
• Ireland
• Any of the Scottish Isles

If you have any problems or special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your delivery.

You should receive a call from the courier service within 24 hours of delivery to confirm the exact time and date. As many of our items are large, it can require a 2 man courier service so any refused deliveries will incur a fee. If you need the product delivering on a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accomplish this.

Disclaimer:

Once delivery has been taken for your order, it is your responsibility to maintain and care for the product. It is your responsibility to store the product in a correct and safe manner as to not damage the product. Should you find any fault with the product you must contact us within 24 hours.
